In our cozy hotel restaurant you can enjoy everything from a breakfast buffet over a light lunch to the evening menu with a selection of wholesome, authentic, regional and international specialties. We use market fresh and natural products from the region, from which we prepare our tasty dishes.
You can book half board or room / breakfast in advance as a package. For spontaneous meals, all meals can be booked on-site individually.
You will find a good wine on our wine list. Every day, we serve a different wine in bottle quality for tasting by the glass.
Our culinary offer - cosy and simple
Breakfast buffet: recharge your batteries with a large breakfast selection with fresh breads, selected cheeses, Wiesner organic eggs and many other local products. Daily from 7:30 to 10:00 am
Lunch: You can expect a large salad selection and a light main course from the buffet. During high season daily from 12:00 to 13:30
Café Muchetta: Our café offers freshly roasted coffee, selected teas and homemade cakes for the little appetite in the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm.
Dinner: For our half board guests we serve in the evening from 6pm to 8pm a 4-course menu with a vegetarian option. Or choose from our menu of local and international specialties. For the children, the children’s menu is also available on the buffet in the evening, so that every child can eat as much as they are hungry.

We attach great importance to a wholesome, fresh cuisine, we mainly consider local suppliers and more and more products from the Parc Ela.

The cozy meeting place for an aperitif or a night cap: With exotic drinks, fine cocktails to lively rhythms.
During high season and depending on the daily program, the children have the opportunity to eat with the other children at the supervised children’s table. The registration takes place on site.

We portion our dishes so that little leftovers are produced. If you are still hungry, you can ask for “Supplement”.
Our suppliers from the region
Here you will find a continuously updated list of our suppliers. Whenever possible, we try to take local producers into account, as long as the quantity allows.
Metzgerei Spiess, with the largest meat drying plant in Davos Frauenkirch (trust and quality complement each other)
Rageth Comestible, Landquart (for many years a reliable partner, where we also get our fresh trout)
The dairy products are supplied by Molkerei Davos. This processes the milk of the Davos cows to fine yoghurts and cheese. There are also sightseeing tours.
The crispy, varied bread is delivered fresh every day by the bakery Bäckerei Schneider from Davos.
Fresh organic bud eggs for the breakfast buffet are delivered to us by Beat Rieder, farmer in Wiesen.
The freshly roasted coffee and the special tea blends are ordered in Zuoz in the Engadine from Cafè Badilatti. The family business has been staning for high quality coffee for three generations.

If possible we buy the wines directly from the producer. The winery of Thomas Marugg in Fläsch, Bündner Herrschaft, is also worth a visit! Two other important sources of supply are the Kaufmann Weinhandlung in Davos Dorf and Martell St. Gallen. You can also order the wines online.
