Binding reservations are confirmed by us in writing. When booking through an online travel agency, their terms and conditions regarding pricing, surcharges and cancellation apply.

With the deposit of the arrangement up to 30 days before arrival the reservation is binding. In addition to cash, we also accept ec-direct, Postcard, reka checks, Euro / Mastercard, Visa and American Express

Cancellation conditions for direct bookings during low season:
in case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
in case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, late arrival or premature departure: 3 daily rates

Cancellation conditions for direct bookings during high season:
in case of cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: free of charge
in case of cancellation less than 28 days before arrival, late arrival or premature departure: 3 daily rates

We recommend that you cover your stay with a cancellation insurance.

Check in latest from 16.00 h / check-out until 10.00 h

Guest taxes are in addition to the room rate CHF 4.60 in summer and CHF 5.90 in winter per day and person older than twelve years and are charged on the spot.

Out of consideration for children smoking is not allowed throughout the whole building.
